在炎热的夏天，我们都很热，但是在吃冰淇淋的'时候，我们不应该忘记空调。是空调给我们带来凉爽，让我们晚上能快速入睡。但是，别忘了，空调是最有害的电器之一。空调温度低了——度，但是很凉，但是耗电很大。每次开机一次，就省了一些电。所以我推荐最适合开空调的温度在26度左右，转到睡眠状态，既经济又爽。
灯也是最贵的。我在家没事的时候总会开两个大灯，但是我爸或者我妈总想着关一个灯转到亮又不耗电的状态。这个我做不好。我想向父母学习。还有一次，我睡觉到天亮都要开灯，可是出了学校就忘了关。后来我一直开着灯，直到下午放学。唉，节能灯成了。还有，尽量少用白炽灯和节能灯。如果你家有条件，可以用新的led灯，这样会省电很多。我们家已经先用过了。如果你还没用过，试试吧！还有冰箱。当孩子去商店买冷饮或冰淇淋时，在打开冰箱之前，他们应该看起来很好。选择前不要打开冰柜，这样空调会跑，用电多，孩子不要这样。
