孩子们为什么爱看侦探书呢？因为侦探书是在简单的推理游戏中挑战儿童们的智商和探案技巧，而且每一本书都由几十个案件组成。每一个案件故事均附有生动、形象、逼真的插图，故事情节还充满了悬念、惊险和刺激；且穿插有名侦探入门、推理笔记、犯罪手段和犯罪搜查知识以及一些医学方面的知识等。儿童们看侦探书时，通过自己的不断推理破案，从而锻炼了自己的推理和思考能力，也丰富了想象力和判断力。阅读侦探书的孩子们，可以说是出色的小侦探。我曾认识一个小男孩，他对侦探书有极大的兴趣。一天，他放学回来，看见一群人围在一起，原来有个叔叔说那个人偷了他的新手机，可那个小偷死活不承认。小男孩挤进人群，对那个小偷说：“露馅儿了吧！”小偷却毫不在乎地说道：“一点儿馅也没露。”小男孩拍手说：“哈哈，你说自己一点儿馅也没露，那就说明你还是偷了嘛，哈哈！”小偷不得不承认自己偷了这位叔叔的新手机。人们都情不自禁地伸出大拇指，夸道：“你真是个聪明的孩子！”小男孩也笑了。
